First Ukrainian soccer tournament in Europe for Diaspora [message #1193]

This year, Nottingham of England will host International Ukrainian Football Tournament with Diaspora teams fom UK, Canada, USA, Australia and Ukraine. The tournament dates are May 17 - May 25. Less than 100 days left for this exciting event. For more information visit IUFT web site:

The International Ukrainian Football Tournament (IUFT) is an International Amateur Football Competition that has seen teams participate from Canada, Ukraine, USA, Australia and the United Kingdom.

How about a separate Ukrainian World Cup Diaspora tournament in UK? Canada, USA, Europe, Ukraine for teams over 35 years old. To play in Nottingham the same time as the regular tournament is hosted. I am sure there will be enough "old boys" from every country to play a few games. May be even Australians will have enough "Ukrainian Aboriginals" to have a team.

Team Canada wins the Ukrainian football tournament in the United Kingdom, beating Trident FC team from Nottingham in the Final game 3:1. There were other team teams from Australia, USA USCAK, USC Kapraty Toronto, London Kyiv, Yorkshire Bila Roza, North West Manchester.
Canada Team is the 2009 World Champion in the biggest Ukrainian Diaspora Football Tournament. Congratulations Ukrainians Canadians!
