The Ukrainian Sports Federation of U.S.A. and Canada (USCAK) has accepted an invitation from International Ukrainian Football Tournament Organizing Committee (IUFTOC) to take part in their soccer tournament to take place in Sydney, Australia from January 14 to 21. As members of the USCAK executive board, Mark Howansky and AJ Panas have enthusiastically offered to organize a team to represent the USA and Canada
in this tournament.
The following teams are currently scheduled to attend:
1. Sydney, Australia
2. Melbourne, Australia
3. Adelaide, Australia
4. Great Britain
5. USA/Canada
6. Chernivtsi, Ukraine
We are actively seeking sponsorship, but are currently operating under the assumption that the players themselves will cover all costs. Total cost per player is estimated at $2500-3000, to cover flight, hotel, local travel, food, entertainment, and tournament fees.
